Full Time Position Available: Office Manager This position will be responsible for overseeing case scheduling, invoicing of processed orders, supervising delivery and office staff, and servicing clients using excellent phone and customer service skills. Responsibilities also include software management and working with dental technicians to improve case flow and overall workflow, streamlining processes, and troubleshooting as it pertains to the overall office structure and related software. Qualifications & Requirements: You will preferably be a person with your CDT designation, have a minimum of 10 years dental lab experience plus 5 years supervisory experience. And your college degree and experience with PTC/TVS training will be considered a plus.
