Full Time Position Available: Office Manager

This position will be responsible for overseeing case scheduling, invoicing of processed orders, supervising delivery and office staff, and servicing clients using excellent phone and customer service skills. Responsibilities also include software management and working with dental technicians to improve case flow and overall workflow, streamlining processes, and troubleshooting as it pertains to the overall office structure and related software. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team orientation, and dependability are a must. Must be extremely proficient with all basic computer applications, including the MS Office Suite and WordPerfect. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, deadline-oriented, and especially well organized. Candidate should have extensive office experience and motivation to better our company. Experience in scheduling, meeting deadlines, and managing a small staff are required. Candidates that have prior experience in a position with multiple tasks will immediately be considered.

Regular business hours are from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday and 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Friday. Salary for this position is commensurate with education and experience for the qualifications desired in this position. Career Opportunity: Dental Laboratory Manager

You will be compensated with a competitive salary, bonus, full benefits package, and assistance for relocation (if needed). With your technical and management expertise, you will:

  • Supervise the activities of our dental laboratory,
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our laboratory's employees and equipment,
  • Handle communications with our customers and vendors,
  • Formulate, develop, and implement short-term action plans that ensure the production of consistent, quality products,
  • And provide input and assessment for our long-term (strategic) planning function.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will preferably be a person with your CDT designation, have a minimum of 10 years dental lab experience plus 5 years supervisory experience. And your college degree and experience with PTC/TVS training will be considered a plus.

This person must already have good organizational skills, neatness in their work habits, pays close attention to details, and be able to work unsupervised.
